Senior Fitness Classes

Our senior fitness class is a group exercise session tailored for older adults that focuses on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through low-impact activities. It typically includes gentle warm-ups, strength training with light weights or resistance bands, balance exercises, low-impact cardio, and stretching, all designed to be safe and adaptable to different fitness levels. The class encourages a supportive, social environment to help seniors stay active and healthy.
